We want to inform you that the ship to the Philippines are delayed at this time. Ship
departure from Port of Hamburg are delayed and will not reach Singapore on time. As a consequence, the
container must wait on the next available vessel bound to Manila. The container is estimated to reach
Manila within 1 1/2 week. This is not the only shipping line we are using. Other shipping lines loading
in Hamburg such as Hapag Lloyd, NYK, APL, etc., are also experiencing delays.
